Yes to Life has teamed up with Fitness Universal, a rapidly expanding Personal Training business based in North and South London to support Yes to Life in a number of ways. They will be hosting screenings of the fascinating documentary 'Food Matters' which presents critical information to consider when selecting your diet to give you the best possible chance of achieving optimal health and resilience to disease. Feedback from trial screenings is that is it a 'must watch!' People have made real changes to their lives after seeing this film. The plan is to host many more screenings in 2011.
