More to life for women with cancer

A year after launching the first Wellbeing Workshops for women with cancer, Yes to Life, Content/Wellbeing, Inika Cosmetics, and Raw Fairies are offering an extended version of their Wellbeing Workshops by teaming up with the Silver Pearl Trust.

The Yes to Life Wellbeing Workshops are offered free to small groups of women living with cancer to provide information on complementary and alternative approaches to health care, natural and organic skincare and make- up along with tips for detoxifying their daily lives.

These sessions provide a break from the medical environment and offer an opportunity for women to talk freely about any concerns and their experiences of treatment. We can often benefit from others experiences and this event aims to provide the space for women to share what they are going through and offer support to one another. The full day workshop starts with morning tea supplied by Raw Fairies at Content/Wellbeing. Naturopath Rebecca Edwards offers lifestyle guidance for, during, and post treatment while Inika Cosmetics provide natural mineral make-up lessons. Following this, guests spend the afternoon at the Silver Pearl Clinic to receive free complementary treatments, completing a full day of information and support for women with cancer.
